The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its final investigation report on the Canadian Pacific Railway incident in Buckskin, ON in which 20 cars, including a dangerous goods tank car, derailed. Some of the derailed cars side-swiped a northbound freight train, derailing the lead locomotive and damaging the second locomotive and the first nine cars. There were no injuries and no spills.
