Company, Worker & Project Manager to Plead Guilty in Boy’s Death
A 12-year-old boy was killed while riding his bicycle near a local inn that was being renovated. He was hit by a truck. Safety charges were laid against the company that owns the inn, the project manager and a construction worker. They’re scheduled to return to court in June to plead guilty [N.W.T.
