BENEFITS

Domestic violence isn’t limited to workers’ homes. Sometimes such violence can spill over into the workplace, thus endangering not only the workers directly involved but their co-workers, too. So it’s essential that workers understand the signs that someone may be experiencing abuse at home so they can reach out to that worker and offer support.

HOW TO USE THE TOOL

Give this handout to all workers to explain the signs of domestic violence and how to talk to a co-worker they suspect may be a victim of such abuse.
