With the passage of the new Medical Marijuana Access Regulations, a greater number of Canadians may have access to medical marijuana and decide to use it for a variety of health reasons. Consequently, employers will need to figure out how to address the use of medical marijuana in the workplace, including accommodating the needs of their employees who use this drug as treatment.
