High Court Upholds Denial of Injured Worker’s Wage Replacement Benefits

A worker’s 7-year litigation battle to get his worker comp wage replacement benefits restored came to an end when the Alberta Court of Appeal upheld the Appeals Commission’s denial as reasonable.
