BENEFITS

Employers have a duty to protect workers from getting sick at work from various illnesses and diseases, including the flu. One of the most important steps you can take to protect workers from getting the flu is to encourage them to get vaccinated. In addition to providing workers with information on where they can get vaccinated, consider establishing a flu clinic in the workplace, especially if you have onsite medical staff. Workers are more likely to get vaccinated if it’s convenient.
