Fishing Company Fined $90,000 for Worker’s Fatal Crushing

After two workers on a fishing vessel were sent to clean the shrimp tank, one flipped a switch that closed a hydraulic door, crushing the other to death. The worker who turned on the machinery said he was never instructed on how to stop the doors in an emergency.
