Jill Wilkie is the Chair of Miller Thomson’s National Administrative Law Practice Group, sits on the Firm’s Executive Committee and is currently the Firm’s Interim Chair of its Inclusion & Diversity Committee. Jill is a labour and employment lawyer, specializing in advising employers on all aspects of labour and employment law including: employment agreements, collective agreements, policies, restrictive covenants, fiduciary duties, wrongful and constructive dismissal, human rights, employment standards, privacy, disability management, performance management, employee misconduct, workplace investigations and terminations.
