Employer Fined $2,100 after Hidden Camera Is Found Near Employee Toilet

OHS officials conducted an inspection after a worker discovered a hidden video camera within close proximity to the toilet in the staff washroom. The employer pleaded guilty to violating the Saskatchewan Employment Act by failing to ensure, insofar as is reasonably practicable, that workers aren’t exposed to harassment.
