Employer Fined $15,000 after Worker Is Injured in Fall from Roof Truss

A worker who was standing on a roof truss fell 4.77 meters to the ground and was seriously injured. His employer pleaded guilty to failing to ensure that workers use a fall protection system at a temporary work area where a worker may fall three metres or more and was fined $15,000 [622564 Saskatchewan Ltd., Govt.
