COVID-19 Workplace Re-Opening Plan Template

PURPOSE

The purpose of this Plan is to prepare ABC Company workplaces for re-opening and operating safely during the current COVID-19 pandemic by:

• Implement measures to minimize the risk of infection to workers and others present at ABC Company facilities;
• Establishing procedures for rapid response if individuals develop symptoms of illness while working or visiting ABC Company facilities;
• Maintaining high levels of sanitation and personal hygiene at the facilities at all times; and
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety
