Confined Spaces Emergency Evacuation and Rescue Plan

Six of the roughly 100 workers killed inside confined spaces every year are personnel sent in to rescue the workers inside. Here’s a Model Plan providing for self-rescue, external rescue without entry and, the last resort, rescue requiring rescue personnel to enter the confined space, that you can adapt for your own workplace.
