Company, Owner & Employee Charged with Pesticide-Related Violations

The government laid charges against a company, its owner and an employee for failing to comply with pesticide regulations and environmental laws, including failing to report a release of a substance that may cause, is causing or has caused an adverse effect in the environment; commencing or continuing an activity requiring a registration without holding that registration; and providing a service involving the use or application of a pesticide without being the holder of a valid pesticide service registration [Western Air Spray Inc., Bob Hnatko and Adam Giesbrecht, Govt.
