Company Fined $75,000 for Drilling Line Incident

A worker suffered serious head injuries when a drilling line was inadvertently rotated while work was being carried out on the equipment. His employer pleaded guilty to failing to ensure that no worker services, repairs, tests, adjusts or inspects machinery, equipment or powered mobile equipment until it has come to a complete stop.
