Company and Supervisor Charged with OHS Violations after Inspection

As a result of a workplace inspection, the government charged a company with six violations of the OHS Act and Regulations and a supervisor with one OHS violation for providing inadequate supervision. The company’s violations involve requirements for fall protection equipment and a written fall protection plan, training for the health and safety representative and a workplace free of trip hazards [D.E.T.
