Company and Owner Charged with Pesticide Violations

The government laid charges against a company and its owner for failing to comply with pesticide regulations and environmental laws. The charges under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act include:

  • Applying a pesticide without a valid pesticide service registration
  • Knowingly applying a pesticide without a valid pesticide service registration
