Companies, Supervisor and Worker Charged in Fatal Fall

A worker suffered fatal injuries as a result of a fall from the roof of the building on which he was working. As a result of an investigation by the Occupational Health and Safety Branch, his employer was charged with eight OHS violations. The building owner was also charged with failing as a principal contractor to ensure that employers and workers complied with the OHS laws.
