This webinar provides an overview of employer obligations in relation to workplace bullying and harassment with an emphasis on BC’s legislation in this regard. Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be able to:

    • Understand employer, worker and supervisor obligations in relation to workplace bullying and harassment
    • Understand how to deal with a complaint of bullying and harassment.
