MODEL CLAUSE: TERMINATION OF EMPLOYEMENT

Maximum Absence: An employee shall lose his/her seniority rights and be subject to termination if the Employee is absent from work with a work-related injury or illness for a consecutive period of more than [insert limit, e.g., 36 months].
