Mining Fatalities

Mining Fatalities Nov. 18: The Occupational Health and Safety branch of the WCHSB released the preliminary findings of its investigations into the 2009 deaths of two workers in Yukon’s mining sector. The investigation will continue to look into root causes before issuing a final report.
