WorkSafeBC has finally finished its investigation into the deaths of three workers at a mushroom farm after they were overcome by toxic fumes in a small, enclosed shed. Two other workers suffered severe brain injuries (one is still in a coma). The Crown has until Sept. 5 to lay charges under the Workers’ Compensation Act.
