Construction Company Pleads Guilty in Worker’s Death
A construction worker died after falling off the roof of a seniors’ complex. The construction company pleaded guilty to failing to ensure that workers aren’t exposed to safety hazards. It will be sentenced June 30, 2009 [Wellington Construction Ltd., The Canadian Press, June 22, 2009].
