Mushroom farm workers in a back utility room where chemicals were mixed into fertilizer were overcome by unknown vapours. Three workers died and three others were injured. It’s possible that one worker had come to the aid of the other workers and died in the rescue attempt. Language barriers added to the confusion at the scene when workers’ family members arrived.
